Boy Scout Troop and Cub Pack 804

The program uses singing, video, drama, art, and cooking to connect kids with stories from the Bible.  The same Bible story is repeated each week throughout the month, but the activities rotate from week to week and incorporate singing, video, drama, art, and cooking to connect kids with stories from the Bible.

Children’s Church

Our new Children’s Church program provides an active and engaging learning experience for children of all ages during our 8:30am service.  After joining the congregation for a few songs in the sanctuary, the kids are dismissed to Children’s Church in the Barnes Building.

The pictures here show our “Journey to Jerusalem” as part of our study of the story of Jesus’ visit to the temple when he was a boy from Luke 2:41-52.

Playground Pals play group at GPC


Playground Pals meets at the church Fridays from 10 am to 11 am.


The program is designed for moms who are looking for a casual play group for their children. While the children play, moms can meet new friends and get a break from the daily routine. Joy Bracero is coordinating this group. This program is open to everyone in our community. Email web@glenwoodpc.org for more info.

We were excited to see the fire truck pull into Church to check the buildings, we got out very own tour of the Big Truck and the kids got to climb in to explore the inside.
